Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled TIG Welder with a minimum of five years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of TIG welding processes, blueprint interpretation, and precision fabrication techniques. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of producing high-quality welds that meet company and industry standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

About This Role

In this role, you will be responsible for\:

§ Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and other alloys as required.

§ Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, weld symbols, and specifications.

§ Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

§ Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and tolerances.

§ Perform fit-up, grinding, and finishing operations as necessary.

§ Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper preventive maintenance is completed.

§ Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.

§ Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve fabrication issues.

§ Meet daily production schedules and quality expectations.

§ Document work completed and maintain accurate production records.
