Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.
As a Technical Program Manager for phased array systems, you will drive the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs spanning hardware, firmware, software, and RF engineering. You will work closely with antenna systems architects, hardware design teams, and FW/SW engineers to coordinate the development, integration, and delivery of phased array antenna systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing program schedules, risks, and dependencies across antenna subsystem development and integration milestones
- Driving cross-functional coordination between FPGA, firmware, RF, networking, and mechanical engineering teams
- Defining and tracking technical requirements for phased array antenna systems from concept through production
- Leading design reviews, trade studies, and technical decision-making processes across disciplines
- Establishing and managing hardware test automation programs and bring-up processes for phased array systems
- Developing program metrics, reporting mechanisms, and escalation paths for antenna system deliverables

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
