Sr UI/UX Designer
Summary
Design user‑centered digital experiences for web and mobile by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visuals, conducting user research, and collaborating with product and development teams using tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe while understanding HTML/CSS/JS.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the product team to understand the requirements and goals of each project.
Conduct user research and testing to gain insights into the needs and behaviors of target audiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
Ensure designs are consistent with branding guidelines and adhere to industry standards for accessibility and user experience.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and can be properly implemented.
Continuously refine and improve the design process to increase efficiency and quality.
Stay current with the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies, and bring new ideas to the team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
In-depth knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), or similar.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how they relate to design.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and the ability to design for different screen sizes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to balance creativity with practicality.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Passion for designing intuitive and user-centred digital experiences.
