Own end-to-end experience design and front-end delivery - from interaction design through production React/TypeScript UI that is accessible, performant, and consistent with a shared design system.
Key responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX for complex product workflows (document hubs, admin, dashboards, review flows) from wireframe to polished UI.
- Build production front ends in React / TypeScript with design-system and token consistency.
- Shape information architecture for multi-app shells, authenticated sessions, and dense data views.
- Partner with product and backend on usability, empty/error states, and edge cases.
- Champion accessibility (WCAG), responsive layout, theming, and Core Web Vitals.
- Run lightweight user feedback loops and turn findings into actionable UI changes.
- Review front-end PRs for UX quality, not only code correctness.
Must-have experience
- B.tech Degree
- 10+ years shipping product UI; proven senior / lead ownership.
- Strong Figma (or equivalent) plus production React / TypeScript.
- Proven design-system and component-library work.
- Experience with authenticated SPA patterns and complex data UIs.
- Clear critique skills with product and engineering stakeholders.
Nice to have
- AI-assisted or chat/tool UIs with grounded answers and citations.
- Storybook, visual regression, or design tokens.
- Motion / micro-interaction craft (CSS, Framer Motion).
