Sr. Warehouse Logistics Analyst

JOB SUMMARY
Work with warehouse colleagues to ensure efficient, safe and accurate handling of stock and delivery of high-quality service to all customers. this position is responsible for executing function which involve coordinating with 3PL or sub-cons/vendors, data entries in system, reporting and validating shipping documentation when required.
Provide support when required and any other assigned tasks by the Manager.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations-
• Familiar with warehouse operations.
• Perform execution, validation and PC-based system receiving when applicable.
• Preparations of delivery document and related shipping documentation.
• Perform verifications on shipping documentation, providing logistical advice on warehouse operations
• Maintain proper document trails to support auditing requirements for all shipments, both import & export.
• Support and generate correlated operations performance reports.
• Other duties as assigned
• Coordination-
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouse, internal stakeholders to fulfill customer shipments, and RMA arrangements.
