JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for maintaining efficient and strategic partnership with third-party warehouse service providers by ensuring an effective and reliable service related to raw and packaging materials and finished goods, accuracy of inventory, customer (internal and external) satisfaction, and customer (external) retention.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related course.
- At least 5 years of work experience in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, and Logistics.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in inventory control and warehouse management.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
