We are seeking a Senior Workday Analyst - Performance Management to serve as a key functional and hands-on resource responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing Workday Performance Management within a complex post-production environment.
- Serve as a senior functional and hands-on SME for Workday Performance Management, supporting configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Support and help lead performance review cycles, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-cycle support.
- Configure and optimize Workday functionality across Performance Reviews, Goal Management, Feedback, performance templates, questionnaires, and related Talent processes.
- Partner directly with Talent Management, HR COEs, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
- Sr. Workday Analyst- Performance Management
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience supporting Workday Performance Management
- Extensive experience configuring and supporting Performance Reviews, Goal Management, Feedback, performance templates, questionnaires, and related Talent functionality.
- Proven experience supporting complex performance review cycles from configuration and testing through deployment and production support.
