Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support WorkForce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance.
- Translate business requirements into WFS configurations (pay rules, schedules, accruals, policies).
- Perform system testing, validation, upgrades, and release support.
- Develop and troubleshoot WFS scripts, integrations, and reports.
- Create functional documentation and train end users.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
Required Skills
- 3–5+ years of hands-on WorkForce Software (WFS) experience.
- Mandatory Certifications: PT102, PT120, PT125.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/Oracle and WFS scripting.
- Expertise in Time & Attendance, Pay Codes, Policy Profiles, Accruals, Work Rules, Schedules, Labor Distribution, and Payroll Integration.
- Experience with APIs, SFTP, and flat-file integrations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRIS, or UKG.
- Experience in multi-country WFS implementations or unionized environments.
