Role Summary

Client is looking for a Finance PMO professional to run chargeback management for SRE services consumed by the applications team.

Key Responsibilities

Chargeback program management

• Own the end-to-end chargeback and deduction management program, including its plan, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Set up and maintain the PMO governance framework: SOPs, RACI, escalation paths, SLAs, and cadence reviews.
• Track the full chargeback lifecycle.

Requirements

• Finance PMO / Technology Finance PMO experience.
• Hands-on chargeback or cost allocation management.
• Strong PMO governance experience.
• Experience defining/managing SOPs, RACI, SLAs and escalation frameworks.
• Strong tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Preferably exposure to SRE / infrastructure / technology services.
• Banking or financial-services experience would be particularly relevant for this requirement.
