- Lead and develop a team of SRE engineers.

- Champion Infrastructure as Code, DevOps and cloud engineering best practices.
- Partner with engineering teams to build secure, resilient and cost-efficient platforms.
- Drive cloud cost optimisation and FinOps initiatives.
- Support technical decision-making and platform strategy.
