Experience: 3 to 6 years in SRE, Systems Administration, or Performance Engineering. Tools: Proficiency in AppDynamics APM, End User Monitoring (EUM), and complementary tools like Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus. Cloud & Containers: Hands-on background with AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes or OpenShift. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for managing on-call rotations and presenting metrics to leadership.
