SSD Firmware Engineer(Taipei/Hsinchu)

【Job Description】
1. SSD firmware design, customization and customer support.
2. PCIe/NVMe/SATA SSD system-level firmware integration & design
3. Identify compatibility issues and validate solutions.

【Qualifications】
1. Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Computer Science and Information Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Strong background in FW development using C and assembly languages experience with hardware interfaces, register and interrupt programming,
3. Comfortable w/ scripting language(such as Python, Perl or TC), interest/willing to do practical coding job, experience in C/C++/Python are all welcome.
4. Good concept/knowledge in semiconductor process/material/reliability will be plus
5. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Plus):
1. Familiarity with PCIe and NVMe specification would be better.
2. Experience in firmware performance profiling and optimization would be better.
3. Knowledge of FTL (Flash Translation Layer) algorithms would be better.
4. No experience is also fine for interview, we will step by step to discuss if you’re suitable for the job or not.
