SSD SW Team lead

Responsibilities:
•Leadership & Planning
-Lead a team of software engineers responsible for SSD test equipment development and integration.
-Define project scope, priorities, and timelines to meet business and production goals.
•Technical Oversight
-Provide guidance on software architecture, test automation strategies, and integration with SSD controllers.
-Review code, test scripts, and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Act as the primary liaison between engineering, factory operations, and controller vendors.
-Coordinate with hardware and validation teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
•Problem Resolution
-Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex issues related to PCIe/NVMe protocols and factory workflows.
•Team Development
-Mentor team members, foster technical growth, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
•Reporting & Documentation
-Prepare progress reports, maintain technical documentation, and communicate status to management and stakeholders.
