Technical Skills & Experience

• System Operations & Maintenance

Maintain and support CHT-BB & FET SSM systems for subscriber service feature management and provisioning, including:

• Nokia CFX5k force list / number table maintenance
• TDM trunk configuration and routing maintenance
• Nokia CTS e.164 table maintenance
• Ensuring service stability and operational continuity.
• Interface & API Expertise

Familiar with telecom service integration and configuration via:

• Web GUI (HTTP/XML-based operations)
• SOAP API
• NETCONF API
• Linux & Automation

Proficient in RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) with hands-on experience in:

• Shell scripting customization
• Automation for operational efficiency
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting

Strong understanding of Nokia cIMS Network Element syslog mechanisms for log analysis, fault identification, and troubleshooting.

• Billing & Telecom Standards

Knowledge of telecom charging and billing formats, including:

• 3GPP CDR (Call Detail Record)
• ITU-T Q.825 standards
• Communication & Coordination

Proactive and in communicating with customers and third-party vendors, ensuring efficient issue resolution and cross-team collaboration.
