STACKIT Data & AI - Engineering Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you guide and empower a cross-functional team to design, build, and operate Data & AI products that support STACKIT’s growth. You define the technical vision, contribute to the roadmap, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions. You collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and lead with servant leadership to deliver impactful results. This is a hands-on leadership position at a fast-paced, global retail tech hub.

• Foster individual growth and support career development of team members

• Design, develop, provision, and operate Data & AI products and services
• Conduct code reviews to ensure scalability, maintainability, and correctness
• Own the technical vision and contribute to the product roadmap based on customer needs

• Several years of experience in developing and implementing software products with Golang and Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in development, architecture, and operation of Cloud Services (preferred)
• Fluent in English; German a plus
• Ability to maintain overview in fast-paced, complex environments and manage competing priorities
