Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time across multiple store locations
• Reconcile accounts payable and prepare payment schedules
• Perform monthly bank and corporate credit card reconciliations
• Manage corporate card activity, including vendor auto-payments, receipt matching, and related entries
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close and general ledger work
• Research and resolve variances, discrepancies, and vendor account issues
• Help improve and automate AP and reconciliation processes
• Maintain organized digital records of all financial documents
• Handle AP-related email and mail
• Communicate professionally with vendors, store managers, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in general accounting, accounts payable, reconciliations
• Working knowledge of debits/credits, journal entries, and the month-end close
• Comfortable with technology: cloud accounting software (Sage Intacct a plus), intermediate Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), and openness to automation and AI tools
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Multi-entity or multi-location experience a plus
• Able to work Monday to Friday on-site, 8-hour shift

Pay: $65,000.00 - 79,000.00 per year
