OBJECTIVE
To assist in the preparation and reconciliation of the monthly financial statements, and maintaining books of record, completing spreadsheets, and reconciling specific accounts.
REPORTS TO
Finance Director
STATUS
3/4 Time (30-39 hours per week)
SCHEDULE
Our normal office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Associate of Arts degree in accounting or closely allied field (experience may substitute for education)
- Two years of accounting experience is preferred
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer skills proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe; prior experience with computer accounting software
- Intermediate accounting skills
