We are a NYC-based real estate investor and operator. Headquartered in New York with a national platform. Longacre is a 50+ person, vertically integrated operating and development company with expertise in a wide array of value creation activities, including multifamily, extended stay, adaptive reuse development, uncovering value in underperforming properties and repurposing well-located properties. The Longacre platform manages over 55 commercial real estate properties and investments with an aggregate gross asset value of approximately $740 million as of January 31, 2024. We are entrepreneurial, nimble, and hungry for further growth.
