You will set the technical direction for the services that ingest signals, run agents and dispatch actions across every channel our customers use.
What you\'ll do
- Lead architecture across ingestion, orchestration and action dispatch.
- Set standards for reliability, observability and cost across the platform.
- Coach senior engineers; raise the technical bar of the team.
- Partner with ML and product to keep the platform ahead of demand.
What we\'re looking for
- 8+ years of backend engineering, with staff-level scope at a serious product.
- Deep experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Track record of shipping to enterprise customers with hard SLAs.
Nice to have
- Experience running ML or decisioning platforms at scale.
- Background in fintech, telco, streaming or gaming infra.
