Staff Backend Engineer – Real-time Systems
We are looking for an experienced Staff Backend Engineer with 10+ years of software engineering experience to join a team building high-performance real-time systems operating at scale.
You will play a key role in designing and evolving backend architecture, solving complex engineering challenges and driving technical decisions across the platform. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, helping shape scalable solutions, engineering standards and best practices.

・10+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering
・Strong hands-on experience with Node.js / TypeScript
・Extensive experience designing and building real-time systems
・Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture
・Experience building low-latency and high-throughput applications
・Strong experience with AWS and cloud-based solutions
・Proven experience designing and operating large-scale production systems
・Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices and modern software delivery
・Ability to drive technical decisions and influence engineering direction
・Experience mentoring engineers and supporting technical growth within teams
