Workato is seeking an exceptional Staff Backend Developer (Ruby/Go) to join the Engine team. You will contribute to the Recipe runtime, handling DSL, events, webhooks, and job execution with a focus on performance, scalability, durability, and security.
You will build and extend complex Ruby and Golang applications, work across distributed systems, and collaborate with teams on shared projects while mentoring others and driving architectural decisions.
