Staff Brand Designer - Consumer

You will create static, 2D, and 3D creative for launches, campaigns, promotions, and ongoing activity. You will model, light, texture, and render assets in Cinema 4D; extend the brand across channels; build reusable Figma systems and templates; localize work; and collaborate through reviews and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Design static 2D and 3D creative for launches, campaigns, promotions, and ongoing activity
• Concept, model, light, texture, and render 3D assets in Cinema 4D
• Apply and extend the brand across social, lifecycle, web, illustration, and foundational projects
• Create initiative-specific and partner-branded assets
• Build Figma component libraries, marketing templates, and modular campaign kits
• Use AI-assisted production tools appropriately
• Version and localize work across markets, languages, and formats
• Partner with Product Marketing, compliance, and regional teams to secure approvals
• Collaborate with motion, web, performance, and AI video designers
• Maintain a high craft standard and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

• 7+ years of brand, static, and 3D design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating brand, static, 3D, multi-market, and design-system work
• Cinema 4D and 3D modeling, lighting, materials, and rendering expertise
• Expert-level Figma skills, including components, auto layout, and variables
• Strong layout, hierarchy, typography, and composition skills
• Experience with AI-assisted production tools
• Ability to work within regulatory constraints
• Working fluency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Interest in investing and crypto
