Consumer Money is a key part of Intuit's consumer strategy, helping customers make the most of their money through digital banking and innovative financial experiences. Spanning both Credit Karma and TurboTax, the business brings together everyday banking solutions and tax-related money experiences, including early access to tax refunds, to help customers access and manage their money when they need it most.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Manager 2, Growth Partnerships to identify, build, and scale commercial partnerships that accelerate growth across Consumer Money. You will develop go-to-market partnerships, unlock new distribution opportunities, and structure innovative deals that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and business impact.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role working on strategic growth initiatives that are critical to the future of the business. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to turn ambitious ideas into meaningful commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Create new growth opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue untapped opportunities, develop innovative partnership models, and translate market insights into commercial strategies that accelerate Consumer Money's growth.

  • Build and scale strategic partnerships: Develop strong relationships with partners and senior executives, expand distribution through partner platforms and ecosystems, and drive integrations that maximize consumer reach and long-term commercial value.

  • Lead strategic deals: Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and business case development to deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and launch.

  • Drive cross-functional execution: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to launch partnerships, remove barriers, and accelerate time to market.

  • Lead and develop talent: Set priorities, coach team members, and foster a culture of entrepreneurial thinking, collaboration, and accountability for results.

What's Great About the Role

  • High impact and visibility: Lead initiatives that are strategic growth accelerants for Consumer Money, with regular exposure to senior leadership.

  • Entrepreneurial ownership: Have the autonomy to identify opportunities, develop creative solutions, and turn ideas into scalable partnerships.

  • Broad business exposure: Work at the intersection of banking, tax, fintech, and consumer growth across Credit Karma and TurboTax.

  • End-to-end impact: Shape strategy, negotiate deals, and see your partnerships translate into meaningful customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, management consulting, or related commercial roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen: Ability to evaluate partnership economics, build compelling business cases, and synthesize complex data to inform strategic decisions.

  • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset: Ability to identify new growth opportunities, develop creative solutions, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven deal-making experience: Track record of independently sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and executing complex commercial partnerships that deliver measurable business results.

  • Executive relationship and communication skills: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Product and technology fluency: Understanding of product strategy, technical integrations, and product development processes to effectively structure and execute partnerships.

  • Cross-functional and people leadership: Experience driving complex initiatives through influence, coaching and developing talent, and fostering accountability for results.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in consumer financial services, fintech, payments, or digital banking.

  • Experience developing consumer distribution, customer acquisition, or go-to-market partnerships.

  • Familiarity with tax-related financial products, money movement, or embedded financial services.

  • Experience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment.
