Salary: £85,000 - 105,000 per year
Requirements:- Expert SQL skills and strong hands-on Python experience
- Advanced dbt experience
- Strong experience with modern cloud data platforms, ideally GCP and BigQuery
- Experience with Looker
- Deep understanding of commercial analytics
- Proven experience leading complex analytical initiatives from initial problem definition through to delivery
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate analytical findings into meaningful business recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Drive advanced commercial analytics and work closely with senior stakeholders across revenue operations, customer success, and wider business teams
- Lead complex analytical initiatives to help the business understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities
- Shape analytical standards, develop scalable data models, and ensure insights are delivered through reliable, well-governed data foundations
- Lead complex projects, solve ambiguous business challenges, and influence the technical direction of commercial analytics
