What you'll do

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team, focusing on architectural design and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data infrastructure and ensure scalability and performance of data solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Extensive experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning frameworks or data science methodologies.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
