Staff Data Platform Engineer - Real-Time, Scalable & Governed

MoonPay is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our data platform. You’ll span architecture and hands-on delivery, guiding cross-team initiatives and establishing shared engineering patterns in a regulated environment.

You’ll work with streaming, batch processing, warehousing, and ML enablement, shaping reliability, scalability, governance, and cost-efficiency while mentoring engineers and aligning with security and compliance requirements.
