Staff-level data platform lead who owns Snowflake architecture, dbt pipelines, and Dagster orchestration end-to-end while consolidating the company's data stack. Day to day: build Pythonic orchestration, collaborate with stakeholders, shape the roadmap, and contribute to open source in a remote-first team.
Prefect is building and operating resilient, Pythonic orchestration platforms. We are consolidating data stacks and seeking a Staff data platform lead to own Snowflake architecture, dbt pipelines, and Dagster orchestration end-to-end.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, shape the roadmap, and contribute to open-source efforts. You’ll work in a remote-first environment with strong compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of the Platform Engineering team.
