Staff Development - Nurse

At Heritage Hall, we care for our residents as we would our own family, in small, personal facilities that reflect the communities around them. Our staff are known, their voices are heard, and many of them stay for years. That kind of culture doesn't happen by accident. It is built one caregiver at a time.

As our Staff Development Nurse, you will play a central role in building it. You will coach, train, and support the nurses and caregivers who work with our residents every day, and you will lead our CNA training course, where new caregivers first learn what care at Heritage Hall looks like. Because you help set the standard for our team, we are looking for someone who already practices it: clinically strong, patient, respectful, and consistent. The care our residents receive tomorrow depends on the caregivers you develop today.
