  • CI/CD & Deployment: Create scalable, automated CI/CD pipelines to support multiple AI agent releases across various environments
  • Monitoring & Observability: Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Cloud Monitoring)
  • Security & Compliance: Implement access control, key management, and environment isolation
  • Team & Culture Building: Hire, mentor, and grow a world‑class infra/devops team

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering, with 3+ years in a lead/ownership role
  • Deep experience building and running cloud‑native, containerized, and serverless systems (GCP preferred)
  • Expertise with Kubernetes and infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform or Helm
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
  • Prior experience building infrastructure from scratch in early‑stage startups or zero‑to‑one environments
  • Bonus: Familiarity with agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, vector databases, or LangChain‑style architectures
  • A business‑aware and builder's mindset: hands‑on, ownership‑driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Perks & Benefits

  • Top‑Tier Compensation
  • Latest MacBook Pros + 4K monitors
  • Paid AI tool & cloud credits to experiment freely
  • Premium health, wellness, and learning budgets
  • A culture celebrating every victory.
