Staff Engineer, Business Money
You will build new products and scale existing ones that power business money and accounting experiences. You will take ownership of projects from ideation through architecture, development, release, and post-release monitoring. You will adopt the latest AI tooling practices, collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science, Compliance, and Operations partners, and help drive the product development process from concept to launch.

Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience architecting, building, and testing large-scale resilient distributed systems and software platforms
- Maximizes use of AI tooling while guiding the team in adopting modern AI practices
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and quick iteration cycles
- Ability to communicate technical complexity and facilitate informed tradeoffs
- Willingness to collaborate across different functions
- Experience as a technical lead leading multiple engineers on multi-quarter projects
