Staff Engineer - Devops

Infinia seeks a DevOps Engineer to advance our software-defined storage platform across on-prem and cloud environments. You will build self-service environments, integrate bare-metal and cloud provisioning, and streamline build workflows to accelerate delivery. You will work with modern IaC and CI/CD tooling to keep deployments fast, reliable, and repeatable. The role offers hands-on responsibility in a hybrid stack and pivotal impact on infrastructure at scale.

• Build self-deployable, self-service environments for developers and QA
• Integrate bare-metal provisioning with MaaS alongside cloud deployments (GCP, future providers)
• Streamline build systems by integrating Nexus/JFrog Artifactory to speed up CI/CD
• Advance infrastructure-as-code initiatives and ensure reliable, repeatable deployments

• Application deployments in Kubernetes using Helm or ArgoCD
• Docker experience
• Configuration management with Ansible or similar
• Monitoring/metrics with Prometheus, Grafana
• Bash scripting
• CI/CD pipeline development with GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins (YAML, Groovy)
• Basic Linux proficiency
