Job Summary:
The purpose of this role playing as a supporting and transversal function, bridging technology areas and business environment while ensuring Quality and sustainability Standards. It requires strong technical skills, strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities, individual leadership and a multicultural approach.
Solid links and prompt feedback to divisions, fabs and partners are essential in a rapidly changing environment. The role carries a high level of autonomy, accountability and decision-making responsibility together with the ability to lead complex international initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
The job covers key production families within APMS groups, specifically BCD, maintaining daily close relationships with TR&D, Manufacturing and Business functions, playing acritical role in ensuring alignment of strategic objectives and execution priorities. It is pivotal in the AMK 8” and Chinese Foundry.
Key objectives include cost reduction, gross margin improvement, and manufacturing flexibility to meet operations targets while ensuring sustainability and quality
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive alignment among diverse stakeholders (TR&D, QMT, quality, planning, BU) to achieve common business, technology, and operational goals.
- Coordinating technology and process transfer activities, which are fundamental to the successful execution of strategic corporate programs, including initiatives involving direct interaction with end customers.
- Lead technology and product transfers, with accountability for advance BCD.
- Coordinate with Singapore work teams and ensure strict follow-up.
- Drive execution with Singapore WFO teams through structured coordination, tight follow-up to ensure program alignment and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in engineering or related field of experience.
- At least 5 years of technical experience in semiconductor diffusion manufacturing on BCD processes with a strong focus on quality and sustainability, acting as an SPC/Audit Champion.
- More than 10 years of experience in technology and product transfers, with proven end-to-end planning and executing expertise.
- Strong knowledge of products peculiarities (application field, mission profile, yield variations, and reliability constraints) and Chip-Package Interactions peculiarities.
- Strong experience in coordinating and aligning multiple stakeholders, with a proven track record of contributing to customer-facing projects.
