Staff Engineer

As our Staff Engineer, you will:
- Set direction and manage engineers within the scope of assigned projects.
- Establish and train engineers on prototype techniques, test protocol requirements, and execution of required testing for design verification and validation master plan completion.
- Utilize and manage Design Controls as the division DPO.
- Mentor engineers in best practices, industry trends, and other engineering skills.
- Expert knowledge in ASTM implant testing requirements, analysis, and industry standard practices for instrument testing.
Your Compensation:
- Base: $165K
- Bonus: $15K

- You have more than 5 years of experience in the medical device industry.
- You have strong experience with the parametric CAD package or ProE.
