Staff Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Front-End Excellence: Leverage deep expertise in React and modern frontend technologies to architect and scale user-centric web interfaces while setting engineering best practices.
• Innovative Collaboration: Partner with product management and design teams to define feature specifications and technical strategy, building scalable and high-quality products.
• Performance Optimization: Improve the quality, efficiency, and performance of UI and infrastructure code through thoughtful design and optimization.
• Backend Integration: Architect and guide backend API integrations to ensure seamless and reliable data delivery through the Arcana UI.
• System Scalability: Drive enhancements in efficiency, scalability, and system stability while proactively addressing bottlenecks.
• Technical Communication: Clearly articulate complex features and architectural decisions to foster strong cross-team collaboration.
• Ownership and Expertise: Take end-to-end responsibility for major systems or features, consistently delivering high-impact projects with strong technical leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8+ years of experience with modern front-end and back-end systems and a strong background in object-oriented software development.
• Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, with experience designing scalable frontend architectures.
• Strong interest in exploring emerging technologies and contributing to the broader product vision.
