You'll partner with senior commercial leaders to drive decision-making across customer acquisition, retention, growth, and customer success, whilst owning key analytics and analytics engineering initiatives.
You'll be responsible for:
Key Skills:
✅ SQL & dbt expert
✅ BigQuery experience
✅ Looker / LookML
✅ Commercial & GTM analytics
✅ Stakeholder management at senior level
✅ Analytics Engineering background
Nice to Have:
➕ HubSpot, Zuora or Vitally
➕ Python
➕ Experimentation / A/B Testing
➕ AI-enabled analytics experience

- Owning the analytics architecture that underpins commercial and customer lifecycle reporting
- Defining and governing key business and GTM metrics
- Turning complex stakeholder questions into actionable data insights
- Delivering deep analysis on customer behaviour, retention, growth, and commercial performance
- Driving improvements in data quality, governance, and reporting standards
- Building analytics solutions that enable self-service reporting and AI-driven insights
- Mentoring analysts and helping raise standards across the wider data function
