Staff Full Stack Engineer

You will build end-to-end features across Glider’s full technology stack. You will work with TypeScript and Cloudflare services, develop Web3 execution systems, design backend workflows and realtime systems, build React interfaces, integrate AI agent systems, and maintain testing observability security and correctness across distributed financial software.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features
• Develop Cloudflare edge-native systems
• Design event-driven and durable workflows
• Build Web3 execution systems
• Develop React frontend experiences
• Integrate AI and agent systems
• Write integration and end-to-end tests
• Debug distributed systems using observability tools

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript skills
• Strong systems fundamentals
• Experience with Cloudflare Workers and related platform services
• Experience with Web3 and EVM systems
• Experience with backend and realtime systems
• Expertise in React and frontend technologies
• Practical experience with AI and agent systems
• Strong testing practices with Vitest and Playwright
• Deep technical and economic knowledge of swaps lending AMMs and perps
