Responsibilities- Run high-leverage, data-driven experiments across acquisition, onboarding, expansion, pricing, and usage journeys
- Partner with Product and Design to brainstorm, scope, and plan rapid product improvements
- Own critical experiments end-to-end: from ideation and hypothesis to building, shipping, and measuring impact
- Scale successful experiments through iterative improvements
- Use data to form hypotheses and inform product decisions
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Full-stack expertise across frontend and backend
- Experience in a high-velocity Build–Measure–Learn loop
- Proficiency with Django, React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Experience with Mixpanel and Cursor
- Startup experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience on a product growth team
- Experience building lead generation pipelines
- Experience working in Martech
