You will design, train, optimize, and deploy onboard machine-learning models for autonomous driving. You will validate parity between onboard and offboard models, analyze driving data and edge cases, profile model and training performance, and integrate models into production autonomy systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy onboard machine-learning models
- Optimize models through quantization, pruning, ONNX or TensorRT conversion, GPU kernels, and profiling
- Validate parity between onboard and offboard models using HIL
- Integrate ML models into production systems with cross-functional partners
- Analyze driving logs to identify edge cases and improve robustness and safety
- Profile training workloads and remove bottlenecks
- Develop scalable AI infrastructure for continuous learning and deployment
Requirements
- Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning, or related technical degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years deploying machine-learning or deep-learning systems in production
- Python and C++ proficiency
- PyTorch or TensorFlow experience
- Large-scale distributed training experience
- Machine-learning and optimization knowledge
- Software testing, debugging, and system-design skills
