STAFF NURSE – COMMUNITY HOSPITAL | 5-DAY WORK WEEK #HTJ

Job Title: Staff Nurse (Inpatient)
Location: Simei / Bedok
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: 5-day work week, 3 rotating shifts

• Morning: 7.00am – 3.30pm

• Afternoon: 12.00pm – 9.30pm / 12.30pm – 9.30pm

• Night: 8.30pm – 7.30am

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to inpatients, including medication administration, injections and wound dressing.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised nursing care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and nursing management.
• Monitor and document patients’ conditions, progress and nursing interventions.
• Ensure nursing care is delivered in accordance with hospital policies, professional standards and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive and effective patient care.
• Guide and orientate junior nursing staff to support quality patient care.
• Assist the Nurse Manager and Senior Staff Nurse with clinical and administrative ward operations.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the Nursing Division.

Requirements:

• Registered Staff Nurse with a recognised nursing qualification.
• Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Relevant inpatient nursing experience preferred.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
