Job Description:
- Provide nursing care and monitor residents’ health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
- Perform wound dressing, vital signs monitoring, and other nursing procedures.
- Assist with care planning, nursing documentation, and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure quality resident care.
- Promote residents’ safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
Requirement:
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Nursing
- Valid SNB & BCLS
