Trinity Elms Health & Rehab is seeking compassionate Staff Nurses (LPN/RN) to join our dedicated nursing team.

- Schedule: First Shift, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Second shift 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. and Third shift, 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Position Summary
As a Staff Nurse (LPN/RN), you will provide resident-centered nursing care under the direction of attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. You will collaborate with the nursing team to promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and accurately document medications and treatments.
- Maintain medication-room security and ensure proper medication storage.
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
- Perform nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments.
- Support nursing teammates and help foster a respectful, compassionate care environment.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN nursing program.
- Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina.
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Two years of nursing experience preferred.
Work Environment
- Physical exertion that may include pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching.
- Assisting with repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
