Staff Nurse (Operating Theatre, Endoscopy, Specialist Surgical Centre, No On-Call) #HDC1

A private specialist surgical centre is looking for an experienced Staff Nurse to support its operating theatre and endoscopy services. You will scrub for a range of cases in a stable, office-hours setting with no on-call duties.

What You'll Be Doing

• Follow appropriate endoscopy and operating room techniques and procedures in the assigned area
• Scrub for endoscopy, orthopaedic, hand and general surgical cases
• Assist doctors during endoscopy, anaesthesia-related procedures and patient examinations
• Ensure accurate, complete and timely documentation of procedures and patient care
• Support efficient coordination and turnover of elective and emergency procedures
• Provide safe, patient-centred nursing care in the clinical area
• Prepare, check and maintain instruments and equipment
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and the nursing team

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing and above, with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration
• 3 to 5 years of nursing experience, ideally in an operating theatre
• Skilled in scrubbing, with endoscopy training an advantage
• Experience across orthopaedic, hand and general cases is a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Calm, meticulous and committed to patient safety
• Able to work independently in a small team
