Description
A private specialist healthcare centre is looking for a Staff Nurse to support its radiology department. You will prepare patients for procedures, assist with cannulation and educate patients before and after their scans.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare patients for radiology procedures
- Assist in cannulation duties
- Provide patient education before and after procedures
- Assist permanent nursing colleagues on ad-hoc duties
- Monitor patients and ensure their comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Coordinate with radiographers and doctors for smooth patient flow
What You'll Bring
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing and above, with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration
- Experience in an acute care or hospital setting is preferred
- Radiology experience is welcome but not required
- Good communication and patient education skills
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a caring, professional attitude
- Strong commitment to patient safety
