Staff Nurse [WCAN]

Perform, supervise and evaluate clinical nursing activities to ensure quality resident care.

Maintain and continuously improve nursing standards, clinical practices and service quality.

Orientate, guide, supervise and evaluate the clinical performance of Enrolled Nurses and care staff when assigned.

Coordinate and deliver comprehensive resident care in collaboration with nursing teams and other departments.

Maintain effective communication with residents, relatives, visitors, volunteers and healthcare professionals.

Participate in the review and evaluation of clinical guidelines, nursing practices and staff training programmes.

Ensure Nursing Care Plans (NCPs) are regularly reviewed and updated according to residents' needs and conditions.

Monitor the implementation of nursing care to ensure services are delivered in accordance with established care plans and clinical standards.
