Ambassador Physical Therapy is a faith-based, multi-site private practice specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' medical history, current condition, and rehabilitations goals
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs, utilizing various techniques and modalities
- Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care practices for continued recovery
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for patients
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and billing information
- Stay informed of the latest advancements in physical therapy and incorporate best practices into treatment strategies
- Uphold legal and ethical guidelines, including patient confidentiality and privacy
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current or pending state license as a Physical Therapist (new grads welcome)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical software
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
