Staff/Principal Data Engineer joining an early-stage stealth AI infrastructure startup in London, shaping the data/platform architecture from the ground up while staying hands-on. Hybrid role (2 days a week in the London office), working across Data, Platform, Software and AI Engineering; prior AI experience is a bonus, not required.

This is a genuine Staff / Principal opportunity for someone who wants to shape architecture, set technical direction and stay deeply hands‑on.
You’ll be joining early, tackling complex data problems at scale and working across Data, Platform, Software & AI Engineering to build the foundations of the platform.

Looking for an experienced Data Engineer / Software Engineer with deep production systems experience, strong architectural judgement and a track record of owning complex technical problems end-to-end. AI experience is a bonus, not essential.
