Staff Product Engineer / Product Engineering Manager

1. Product Engineering team leadership.
2. Work closely with R&D, Marketing, QRA and Test Dev’t/Eng’g teams in all aspects
of PE from product inception to production release and sustaining.
3. Monitor and maintain product yield in line with company’s standard yield target.
Ensure that chronic quality and yield issues are addressed, mitigated and solved in a
timely manner.
4. Develop and enable engineering plans to improve production processes, drive
continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production flow, optimize
efficiency and improve product quality.
5. Demonstrate sound project planning and technical leadership to successfully
manage multiple priorities across activities and projects including usage of
outsourced suppliers and service providers.
6. Must be motivated and have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to
influence and inspire change.
7. Directing new package requirements and quality improvement programs. Drive
DFT/DFM review and implementation for NPIs.
