Staff Product Manager, AI
You'll set the direction for how AI shows up across Webflow's platform, owning the Agent Access area that spans the Webflow AI Assistant inside the Designer, the 3rd-party agents that reach Webflow through MCP, the Agent Instructions that guide them, and the platform underneath that powers it all. You'll define the multi-year strategy for this area and rally teams across Webflow behind it, unlocking new ways for developers, partners, and creators to build for the web. You'll set the quality bar for agent experiences that never behave the same way twice, balance the needs of developers and less-technical creators, and stay close to customers as models and protocols evolve quickly. You'll also roll up your sleeves to prototype ideas and ship improvements yourself where it helps.
