Staff Product Manager | BASE

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager | BASE based in Brazil.

This is a remote opportunity to lead strategic product initiatives within a core platform environment that supports business growth and future expansion. You will shape products and capabilities across Referral Program and Client Management, helping create scalable experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and sustainable marketplace performance. The role combines product strategy, roadmap ownership, data analysis, customer needs, and cross-functional execution. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, business stakeholders, and other product teams to deliver high-quality solutions with measurable impact. Success will require balancing long-term strategic priorities with pragmatic execution and continuous product improvement. You will have significant ownership in defining product direction, prioritizing high-impact opportunities, and measuring outcomes through meaningful KPIs. • Lead key product initiatives across Referral Program and Client Management, developing scalable capabilities that support growth, acquisition, engagement, and sustainable marketplace performance.
• Drive the development of tools and product experiences that simplify and optimize how services are delivered to customers, users, and partners.
• Define product requirements and collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, business stakeholders, and other product teams to develop effective solutions.
• Create, own, and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and broader product strategy.
• Prioritize initiatives and maintain focus on high-impact features and opportunities that generate measurable business and customer value.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs to measure success, adoption, performance, and business impact.
• Use product analytics, research, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve product experiences.
• Evaluate existing products, processes, tools, and methodologies to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Balance long-term strategic objectives with short-term priorities, ensuring individual product decisions contribute to the broader product vision.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to align priorities, communicate product direction, and drive successful execution.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, iteration, and continuous improvement across product initiatives.
• Champion the use of data and technology, including AI-enabled approaches, to improve productivity, decision-making, and product outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in Product Management, with hands-on experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation and MVP development through testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Strong product vision and strategic thinking, with the ability to align product direction with broader business objectives and customer needs.
• Demonstrated experience building and improving products in close collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term execution and prioritize initiatives based on impact, customer value, and business objectives.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using product analytics tools such as Looker, Metabase, or comparable platforms.
• Experience defining and monitoring product KPIs and using data to evaluate product performance and guide decisions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, including experience running sprints, managing backlogs, and working iteratively.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to turn ideas into action.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and global teams.
• Strong written and spoken English skills for day-to-day communication in an international business environment.
• An AI-enabled mindset, with a demonstrated willingness and ability to actively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Experience with global products and distributed teams is highly valued.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate product vision, strategy, priorities, and trade-offs clearly.
