Staff Product Manager - ERP (f/m/d)
Summary
Lead the ERP Cloud transformation at a top DACH e-commerce platform, owning strategy, roadmap, and cross-team alignment to drive measurable adoption and revenue while guiding teams through a major platform shift.
What you'll do
- You own product strategy and roadmap for a significant slice of the ERP area, centered on the ERP Cloud transformation and its interfaces to the established JTL-Wawi, and you align cross-team dependencies with the overall strategy.
- You drive the most complex, most interconnected product problems in the area, the ones that span multiple teams, touch the platform, and decide whether the transformation succeeds, and you solve them together with engineering, design and the PMs involved.
- You drive prioritization across team interfaces and keep a roadmap that is credible to senior stakeholders and resilient to challenge.
- You set the discovery quality bar in the team: decisions in your area are evidence-based, and you proactively surface unmet customer needs across adjacent teams.
- You own competitive positioning for your area: you identify whitespace and differentiation opportunities and bring market reality into prioritization.
- You make impact measurable in adoption, retention and revenue, and you establish experimentation and evaluation practices where viable.
- You own commercial outcomes for your area and drive launch and go-to-market readiness together with Marketing, Sales, GTM and Support.
- You are a credible counterpart to your engineering team: you bring clearly framed problems and intended value, respect the team's ownership of solution and delivery, and partner on team-level architecture decisions, anticipating technical risk early.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS or complex product environments, with a track record as a senior individual contributor: you have owned large, complex product areas end to end and delivered measurable outcomes.
- You have shipped through a major platform shift or migration, ideally desktop or on-premise to cloud/SaaS, and you know the dual-track reality of running today's business while building tomorrow's.
- Visible evidence that you make PM teams better through expertise: standards, frameworks, artifacts or coaching that other product managers actually adopted.
- A track record of prioritizing under pressure: you have made trade-offs transparent and defensible, up to senior leadership.
- Outcome orientation and data literacy: you have run your area on KPI trees, adoption and retention goals, and course-corrected on evidence.
- Domain depth in ERP, commerce operations or adjacent workflow-heavy B2B software (orders, invoicing, stock, fulfillment) is a strong plus; genuine curiosity for merchant workflows is a must.
- Hands-on experience using AI in your own work, and you set the standard for AI-enabled product work in a team.
- German is a strong plus: English is our internal working language, but redesigning deeply German merchant workflows requires German.
You work on the defining product problems of a profitable, growing company's most important transformation, in a senior expert role with real autonomy and direct impact on the product, no detour through people management. Real mandate and short decision paths. Remote-first, with occasional on-site days, mainly in our office in Hürth (NRW), for workshops, planning and team days.
- Remote-first within Germany, with the option to work remotely from eligible countries for up to 180 days per year
- Meal allowance of up to €115 net per month
- Ergonomic workspace allowance for your home office setup
- Regular team events, company-wide gatherings, and summer and Christmas parties to stay connected as a remote-first company
- EGYM Wellpass and JobRad subsidy
- Financial benefits including capital-forming payments (Vermögenswirksame Leistungen) and a company pension scheme
